VERITY

Verity was due to be visiting Wellington for her final fitting when Lockdown suddenly hit. Like so many other brides, the wedding plans had to be rearranged and a new date set.
When Verity came back to Wellington many months later I was nervous that she would have forgotten what the dress looked like and not know what to expect. But as soon as we had the dress on her I could see from her smile that she was still in love with the dress she chose.
Verity’s dress was made from a washed silk-satin which she wore with a low backed, lace top cut from our Louise Lace.
The top was finished with hand-cut flowers stitched around the neckline. Verity was married in the Otari bush.
