TANYA + ANTHONY

Today we are thrilled to share some beautiful images from Tanya and Anthony's wedding day. Tanya and Anthony were married in a beautiful apple filled orchard, surrounded by their nearest and dearest. Golden girl Tanya went wedding dress shopping with an open mind, and when they popped into Sophie Voon and saw a gorgeous gold lace number peeking out of the rack, she knew that was her dress! "When I saw the gold dress I knew that was my dress - it fit with the blue, white & gold theme of the wedding perfectly. Mum tried to make me buy it before I'd even been to the other stores, she was so convinced!" Tanya's beautiful golden lace dress featured a vintage inspired illusion neckline, with scalloped edged cap sleeves, and an elegant pearl button up back. The lace had a delicate floral pattern creeping up from the hemline, just perfect for their outdoor setting. We just love how the gold lace contrasted over her ivory strapless silk dress! Tanya accessorised her look with a sparkly pair of heels, a simple elegant pendant and a rather special hair accessory; "I had my great-Nana's brooch in my hair, it was my "something old" and my "something borrowed" and when my older sister got married she wore it pinned to her dress. It didn't suit my dress, but it worked well as a hair piece." Just stunning - congratulations Tanya and Anthony!

"The day itself was super cruisey, everything just kind of happened, we made pancakes in the morning then got hair and make-up done while all the family finished decorating the marquee in the garden, then next thing you know I was being told to put my dress on and everyone was saying we were going to be late (I wasn't stressed).It was so exciting when we arrived at the orchard to see Anthony standing there in his suit and the orchard all done up for the ceremony and all the guests smiling."
